1) Browse our custom trips by destination or activity to find trips that meet your criteria, activity level and travel dates.2) Then, get a complete, detailed PDF itinerary by clicking “view full itinerary” in the right column of each trip page.
3) Finally, contact us for advice or answers to your questions, to customize any trip featured on our site or to design a private trip around your own preferences and dates.
Make your reservation!
Please submit the SWA Trip Reservation eForm. There are fields for up to 6 travelers per form with the same address. Upon receipt, your Travel Consultant will send you a CardConnect link to securely pay your $1,500-5,000 per person deposit according to trip length and destination among other factors, by any major credit card. If you prefer, you can also call us at 1-800-377-9463 to make payment arrangements by phone, wire transfer, money order or send a check. You will receive confirmation of your deposit.We suggest you review our Terms & Conditions and Assumption of Risks and Release of Liability prior to completing your reservation.
